The subdivision map is used for advertising and demonstration purposes and shall not be considered the final or exact representation of the subdivision. This includes but is not limited to the map on display, map distributed on flyers, and map used in online advertisements. Buyer understands this is an ongoing project, building may continue, unit plans may change, and additional lots or property can be added. In addition, the actual orientation of units may be different than displayed on the subdivision map including different floor plan design or mirror image of a floor plan design.
